Pachinko help?

Pachinko help?

I bought a new pachinko machine and every time I load the balls into the upper rear tray (which is supposed to give you balls if you win) that guard the exit from the front of the machine where you enter the balls i 'm not even do anything. Please help.

Sounds like one of the switches is set open (maybe it comes from the factory that way). I have a machine too, and there are several switches you can throw on the side and in the back to shut off the automatic ball return. Good luck.
